Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Executive to oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of production planning, quality, manpower, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities as per the production plan and schedule.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and timely output.
- Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of machines and resources.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and other departments for smooth production.
- Monitor production targets, downtime, rejection, rework, and productivity.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily MIS.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with Stores for timely supply.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and guide operators and production staff on processes and safety practices.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for production-related issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety on the shop floor.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Operations.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, planning, and shop-floor management.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and basic quality tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of production documentation and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle production targets under pressure.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
