The HR Manager at Edubull Technologies is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role focuses on building a productive and positive work environment aligned with the company’s growth in the edtech sector.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
2. Employee Onboarding & Training
- Design and oversee onboarding programs for new hires
- Identify training needs and organize learning & development initiatives
- Support continuous skill development of employees
3. Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback frameworks
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating outcomes
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Foster a positive work culture and employee satisfaction
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Organize engagement activities, events, and feedback surveys
5. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies in line with labor laws
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and statutory requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
6. Payroll & Compensation Management
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Ensure accuracy in salaries, incentives, and deductions
- Benchmark compensation with industry standards
7. Strategic HR Planning
- Align HR strategies with business goals
- Support organizational growth and workforce planning
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management (preferably in edtech/startup environment)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
