Job Vacancy: Marketing Assistant – Lead Generation
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our business development efforts through online lead generation and bidding platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential business leads through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other relevant bidding portals.
- Research and identify suitable projects and clients based on our company's services and target market.
- Prepare and submit professional, customized proposals/bids for relevant projects.
- Monitor bidding portals regularly for new opportunities and ensure timely responses.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and introduce our services effectively.
- Maintain and update lead databases, track proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team to convert qualified leads into potential projects.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, responses, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, business development, or online bidding is preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar marketplaces.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write clear, convincing, and client-focused proposals.
- Strong research, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
