We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate (1–3 years experience) who has hands-on experience scaling mobile apps through Meta advertising. If you're data-driven, creative, and enjoy testing what works, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Own the creative roadmap by identifying and prioritizing new ad concepts based on performance data and audience insights.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns end-to-end, including campaign structure, audience targeting, budgets, bidding, and placements.
- Run structured creative experiments across hooks, formats, video lengths, and thumbnails, and make data-backed decisions to scale or pause creatives.
- Track campaign performance and share daily reports covering spend, key metrics, results, and creative learnings.
- Monitor and optimize key Meta Ads metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPA/CPI, ROAS, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and Frequency to drive profitable growth.
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably at a mobile app company.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Passion for creative testing and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
