Looking for an internship where you’ll do more than just update spreadsheets and schedule interviews?
We’re hiring an HR Intern to support recruitment and people operations inside a fast-growing international business group working across digital marketing, media, education, professional services, and online brands.
Our teams work remotely across India, the UK, South Africa, Pakistan, Europe, and other global markets. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting real hiring campaigns, communicating with candidates, coordinating interviews, and learning how modern remote companies build international teams.
This is a practical internship designed for candidates who want real exposure to recruitment and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with applicants
- Communicate with candidates via email, LinkedIn, whatsapp
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records
- Assist with onboarding and documentation
- Support recruitment campaigns and hiring operations
- Help improve internal hiring processes
- Work closely with recruiters and operations managers
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Excel
- Able to work independently in a remote setup
- Good communication and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred but not required:
- Previous internship experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or recruitment platforms
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
