RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions such as nurses, doctors, technicians, and allied healthcare staff.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Managing candidate documentation and maintaining recruitment records.
- Following up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, and onboarding.
- Understanding client requirements and ensuring suitable candidate matching.
- Handling bulk hiring and overseas recruitment processes when required.
- Maintaining good relationships with candidates and clients.
- Coordinating onboarding, joining formalities, and pre-employment documentation.
- Ensuring recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
- Preparing recruitment reports and updating trackers regularly.
- Knowledge of healthcare licensing/documentation processes such as DHA, MOH, HAAD, Prometric, DataFlow, etc. (if applicable).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, MS Excel, and job portals
Pay: ₹15,000.94 - ₹20,000.78 per month
