About the Role
Inventant Education is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager / State Head to lead business expansion across Haryana. The candidate should possess strong market knowledge, leadership abilities, and an established network in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations across Haryana.
- Drive revenue growth through school and institutional sales.
- Build and strengthen relationships with school management and channel partners.
- Lead, train, and monitor Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business reach.
- Develop territory-wise sales plans and monitor execution.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in School Book Publishing or Educational Sales.
- Strong network across schools and educational institutions in Haryana.
- Experience in team handling and distributor management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the state.
Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
