A Sales Coordinator at Aaramghar Stays will be responsible for handling all incoming META ads and website leads, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and the sales team. The role involves lead qualification, guest communication, follow-ups, coordination for quotations, and sharing confirmed booking details with the operations team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales coordination abilities, customer handling experience, and follow-up discipline.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Guest Communication
- Handle all incoming leads from META platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and company website.
- Conduct the first introduction call with guests.
- Understand guest requirements and gather complete booking details:
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- Number of guests (PAX)
- Preferred location
- Budget
- Occasion/purpose of stay
- Maintain professional and polite communication with all guests.
Lead Qualification & Follow-Up
- Qualify leads based on guest requirements and villa availability.
- Perform regular follow-ups as per the company follow-up process.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update lead status daily.
- Ensure timely response to all inquiries and missed leads.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the Assistant Sales Manager for:
- Villa availability
- Pricing
- Quotations
- Offers and negotiations
- Share accurate guest requirements with the sales team for faster closure.
Booking Coordination
- Once booking is confirmed:
- Share booking details with the internal team group.
- Ensure all required guest details are properly communicated.
- Coordinate with operations and reservation teams for smooth guest check-in.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain lead database and inquiry records.
- Update CRM/sales sheets regularly.
- Track conversion status, follow-up schedules, and booking confirmations.
Daily Duties
- Calling fresh META and website leads.
- Responding to WhatsApp, calls, and inquiry forms.
- Scheduling and conducting follow-up calls.
- Coordinating quotations with Assistant Sales Manager.
- Updating lead tracker and booking status.
- Sharing confirmed bookings with internal teams.
- Maintaining response time and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic sales and customer handling knowledge.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM (ZOHO) tools.
- Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
