Walpar Nutritions Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Quality & Regulatory Affairs to lead the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining quality systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting business growth through effective quality and regulatory management.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA)
- Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI, and other applicable standards.
- Review and approve SOPs, specifications, validation protocols, and quality documents.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections.
- Drive CAPA implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Control (QC)
- Oversee raw material, in-process, finished product, and stability testing activities.
- Ensure laboratory compliance, documentation, and data integrity.
- Review analytical reports and investigate OOS, OOT, deviations, and customer complaints.
- Monitor laboratory performance and ensure timely product release.
Regulatory Affairs (RA)
- Manage product registrations, regulatory submissions, and license renewals.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and certification agencies.
- Review product labels, claims, artwork, and technical documentation for compliance.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure organizational compliance.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor QA, QC, and RA teams.
- Establish departmental objectives and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food supplement, or healthcare manufacturing industries.
- Excellent documentation, audit management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
