Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Maintain front office area in a clean and organized manner
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingualism (in some cases)
