Urgent Hiring – Optometrist (Optical Store)

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
Recommend suitable eyeglasses, contact lenses, and vision correction solutions.
Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their prescription and preferences.
Ensure accurate dispensing of spectacles and verify prescription details.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries professionally.
Handle optical sales and achieve store sales targets.
Maintain patient records and prescription details.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ensure proper display and maintenance of optical products.
Required Skills:
Optical sales experience is mandatory.
Good knowledge of eye testing, refraction, and vision care.
Strong understanding of spectacle lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and upsell optical products.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and record management.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Eligibility:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Optometry (D. Optom / B. Optom) or an equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience as an Optometrist in an optical store.
Experience in optical retail sales is mandatory.
