- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong understanding of Education and student developmental processes
- Passionate about working with youth and making a positive impact on their lives
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in an educational or non-profit organization is a plus
- Proficiency in regional languages spoken in Tamil Nadu is highly desirable
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
