Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to meet performance and productivity targets.
Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support for professional development.
Handle team performance reviews, appraisals, and disciplinary actions when required.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Resolve operational or interpersonal issues within the team effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards.
Prepare and present reports on team performance and outcomes to management.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
