Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels and tools to source potential candidates and conduct thorough screening processes to identify the best fit for the organization.
- ATS & Recruitment Tool Proficiency: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate data.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Behavioral Interviewing: Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' behavior and assess their suitability for the role.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and compensation packages to secure top talent for the organization.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the organization's employer brand and promoting it as an employer of choice.
