- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to enhance software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API consumption within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of custom components.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
