Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team at GD Goenka Healthcare Academy, Greater Noida West. The role involves promoting our healthcare and vocational education programs, driving student admissions, and building strong industry relationships to enhance brand visibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote certificate, diploma, and degree programs.
- Generate leads through pamphlet distribution, field activities, seminars, and institutional tie-ups.
- Guide students and parents on course offerings, career opportunities, and guide them to visit the center.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, hospitals, and healthcare organizations for outreach.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets through effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager and counselor teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Prepare marketing reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Represent the academy at education fairs, career expos, and community events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (any workstream).
- 1–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the education or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
