About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, picking, loading, and dispatch of dairy products. The role involves managing warehouse teams, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth and timely operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate stock records and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity.
- Ensure timely dispatch as per delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, wastage, and operational issues.
- Ensure warehouse hygiene, safety, and process standards.
- Prepare daily warehouse reports and monitor operational performance.
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in Dairy, FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in inventory, dispatch, and team management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a night-shift operation
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
