Oversee incoming and outgoing commodities, punctual dispatching, load optimization, and route planning.
Managing duty rosters, monitoring attendance, and overseeing loaders, sorters, and delivery executives (riders) are all part of team management.
Maintain accuracy in the total count and value while making sure there is no shipping loss.
Oversee data monitoring, key performance indicators (KPIs) like Turnaround Time (TAT), and basic operational reporting.
Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) collections, reconciliations, and End-of-Day (EOD) processes.
Handle customer escalations, failed delivery attempts (NDR management), and operational roadblocks in real time to resolve problems.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
