Designation: Manager – Revenue & Collections
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to lead our Revenue &
Collections function, owning the complete receivables lifecycle across PR and Digital
businesses. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong follow-up, stakeholder
management, and process discipline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Billing Discipline
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for monthly retainers and project-based
billing
Track contracts, POs, and milestone-based billing schedules
Coordinate with internal teams to avoid delays in invoice generation
2. Collections Ownership
Drive end-to-end collections through structured follow-ups (calls & emails)
Maintain strong client communication to ensure timely payments
Escalate delays in coordination with business heads when required
Monitor and manage ageing (30/60/90+ days)
3. Internal Coordination
Act as a bridge between client servicing teams and finance
Ensure all billing dependencies (approvals, release orders, documentation) are in
place
Align internal stakeholders towards timely revenue realization
4. MIS & Reporting
Prepare weekly dashboards on:
o Outstanding receivables
o Overdue accounts
o Collection forecasts
Highlight client-wise risks, delays, disputes, or payment irregularities
5. Process Discipline
Develop and implement SOPs for billing, collections, and escalation
Strengthen processes to ensure zero revenue leakage
Bring structure and accountability into receivables management
Experience Required
3–6 years in Accounts Receivable / Billing / Collections
Background in:
o PR / Digital / Advertising agencies (preferred)
o OR Service industries (Consulting, IT Services, Retail, Real Estate, etc.)
Key Skills
Strong follow-up ability with a firm yet professional approach
Excellent communication skills (client-facing role)
Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
Understanding of contracts, retainers, and milestone-based billing
Personality Traits

Confident in handling and pushing senior stakeholders (internal & external)
