We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain strong relationships with resource providers, and ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Check the background profile of the selected candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth selection process.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update recruitment trackers.
- Liaise and maintain relationships with specific resource providers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent pools.
- Draft job postings, share updates, and manage employer branding across platforms.
- Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters in coordination with HR.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT as applicable).
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
