About Pushpak Hotel: Pushpak, with its legacy of over 60 years, is known for hosting memorable events at its properties in Kalpana Square and Dhauli. We are now looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on sales for large and small banquets, including weddings, receptions, birthday parties, and corporate events.
Job Description: The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
● Handling sales for various banquet events such as weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
● Engaging with customers via phone calls and in-person meetings to discuss event needs and confirm bookings.
● Entering and tracking bookings using our internal software systems.
● Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with event planning, accommodations, and coordination.
● Collaborating with the banquet team to ensure smooth event execution.
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work with various software platforms to manage bookings and track event details.
● Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple client inquiries efficiently.
