Position: Tender Executive-

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary-
Vishal Builders is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process. The candidate should have experience in preparing tender documents, reviewing bid requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and submitting bids within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities-
- Search and prepare Government and Private tenders.
- Experience in CPWD tenders is mandatory.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with estimation, purchase, and engineering teams.
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids on time.
- Maintain tender records, EMDs, BGs, and related documents.
- Handle client queries and follow up until tender finalization.
Required Skills-
- 1–3 years of tendering experience in the construction industry.
- Experience with CPWD, GeM, CPP Portal, and other Government tender portals.
- Knowledge of BOQ, contract documents, and tender procedures.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Qualification-
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in tendering will be preferred.
Experience-
- 1–3 years of experience in tender preparation and bid management (Construction/Infrastructure industry preferred).
Working Details-
- Location: Vishal Builders Head Office, Fafadihi, Raipur, CG
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
