Tele calling Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and attend incoming calls to explain the company’s services.
Identify potential clients and generate leads for the sales/marketing team.
Clearly explain the company’s services, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Regularly follow up with interested customers to convert leads into confirmed clients.
Maintain and update customer records, contact details, and call reports in the system.
Fix meetings or service appointments between clients and the company team.
Maintain a polite and professional relationship with clients and handle their queries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets assigned by the company.
Collect feedback from customers regarding services and report it to management.
Submit daily call reports and lead status updates to the supervisor/manager.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
