About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and translate requirements into effective solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Support testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1 Year experience. Hindi proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or data analysis tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and documentation.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with requirement gathering and process mapping tools.
