Role & responsibilities:
- Lead Sales activities such as lead generation, sales promotion, offer making, negotiations, Customer Relationship Management.
- Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities with Architects, Consultants, Builders, Project Managers and interior designers using email, phone and on-site visits.
- Responsible for generating Leads convert them into projects.
- Follow-up with the Potential Clients. Maintaining relationship with existing clients to source develop client referrals.
- Understand the requirement of client and submit proposal accordingly.
- Briefing existing clients about other services and convincing them to take it up.
- Track, report and analyze your performance in order to produce the volume and forecast accuracy required to deliver goals.
- To ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets and management based objectives.
- Update Daily\Weekly\monthly sales report.
- Develop and execute plans to maximize sales to generate revenue for the company.
- Product Pricing based on market conditions and input cost considerations.
- Finding new opportunities for business growth.
Skills
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good network of Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants and Builders is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- The candidate should be willing to travel extensively.
- Should be good at negotiation and coordination skills.
- Able to independently work and report the progress.
- Prior proven sales track-record.
- Able to work with in a fast paced work environment.
- Should be a team player.
- Technical bold to understand technical queries.
- Self-motivated, target oriented.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
