About Seva Sadan Society:
Seva Sadan is a 117-year-old non-profit organisation. We run a Residential Home for underprivileged girls, schools in English and Marathi medium, a teachers’ training college, and offer skill development programs. Managed by a voluntary committee, we impact approximately 700 beneficiaries annually and have a legacy of over a century of service.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Manager – Administration to manage and execute the daily operations of our office. The role calls for a proactive, sharp, and organised professional to ensure the smooth operations of the Society.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage rentals and hiring of institutional spaces, including sales and marketing, enquiries, bookings, client coordination, billing and collections, record maintenance, upkeep of facilities, and adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
- Oversee facilities management, including repairs and maintenance, preventive maintenance schedules, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), vendor coordination, and ensuring that all infrastructure and services are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
- Handle general administration, including independent correspondence, email and telephone communication, digital and physical filing systems, data management, inventory tracking, and maintenance of statutory and internal records.
- Provide administrative and documentation support for compliance with regulatory bodies, including preparation, follow-ups, and submissions.
- Represent Seva Sadan professionally in interactions with government authorities, donors, partners, visitors, trainers, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce institutional rules, policies, and procedures, and undertake operational issues or other ad hoc administrative responsibilities as required to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution.
The designation, compensation, and scope of responsibilities shall be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and the value they bring to the organization, and may be determined or revised by the Management from time to time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- 8–10 years of progressive professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an administrative and/or operations leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with clear, confident written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to take ownership and independently drive outcomes.
- Added advantage: Prior experience in the NGO or social impact sector; exposure to regulatory and statutory compliance; or hands-on experience in facility, infrastructure, or office management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
