Hold the full responsibility to lead & manage the cross functional teams along with subcons in IIDP in India in right direction to achieve the success and drive service delivery while aligning with overall objective for the perimeter
Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.
Develop autonomy in team and build accountability to delivery services with quality
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with team to optimize the IT operations
Manage and monitor KPIs and SLAs while ensuring right level of communication to stakeholders
Lead the team using a performance management and development process with the right training program.
Continuous providing of effective feedback to team members, stakeholders & build a cordial relationship amongst all.
Work with the business counterparts from Europe & India to build right strategy for team, roadmaps for minimum 1 year, visibility across teams
Manage and Escalate on time with proposed mitigation/corrective action if service delivery is not meeting expectation
Coach, mentor, provide oversight and direction to the team accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
Develop the team to take the delegation and empower them to take responsibility for their jobs and goals
Maintain transparent and appropriate communication with the team
Responsible for budget management of the perimeter
Ability to understand and support:

Work alongside 1-2 Scrum Teams, ensuring timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
Effectively guide and facilitate the sprint ceremonies to consistently achieve the sprint goals.
Protect scrum teams from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline.
Exhibit servant leadership to serve the scrum team and the larger organisation.
Ensure that sprint deliverables are adhering to the Quality and regulatory guidelines
Experience with conflict resolution, scope management, issue & risk tracking, communicating to clients and partners and vendor management
Ability to provide solutions, determine overall design direction and provide recommendations for complex issues
Responsible to maintain the agreed SLA/OLAs
