Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marwari Cook to prepare authentic Marwari/Rajasthani cuisine for banquet events, weddings, parties, and large-scale functions. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in banquet kitchens, hotels, resorts, or catering operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Marwari/Rajasthani dishes as per the approved banquet menu.
- Handle bulk food preparation for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other functions.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion size.
- Prepare dishes such as Dal Baati Churma, Gatte Ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri, Kadhi, Panchmel Dal, Rajasthani vegetables, sweets, and other traditional preparations.
- Follow standardized recipes and maintain required food quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Banquet Chef and kitchen team regarding menu, guest count, and event timings.
- Ensure timely preparation of food according to banquet schedules.
- Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.
- Minimize food wastage through proper portion control and production planning.
- Assist other kitchen staff during large-scale events when required.
- Follow food safety procedures and company standards.
Requirements
- Education: Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hotel Management, or Catering is preferred. Relevant professional cooking experience will also be considered.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Marwari/Rajasthani Cook in a banquet, hotel, resort, restaurant, or catering company.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Marwari/Rajasthani cuisine.
- Experience in bulk cooking and banquet food preparation.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during large events.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
