Key Responsibilities & Roles
Guest Services & Communication
- Welcoming & Seating: Greeting guests, seating them at tables, and providing menus.
- Menu Knowledge: Explaining dishes, daily specials, and making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
- Order Taking: Accurately recording or entering customer choices into the restaurant's Point of Sale (POS) system, including any dietary restrictions.
Table Management & Food Delivery
- Serving: Promptly picking up and delivering food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to the tables.
- Table Maintenance: Refilling water and beverages, clearing empty plates, and addressing guest requests throughout the meal.
Payments & Administration
- Billing: Preparing itemized checks and processing cash or digital transactions accurately.
- Complaint Handling: Addressing and resolving customer concerns with patience, or escalating them to management when necessary.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service regulations
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
