- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Post and manage job openings on Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate offer roll-out and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
