Job Title: Staff Nurse
Department: Medical-Surgical Unit
Reports To: Nurse Manager
Job Summary:
Provides safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients across the lifespan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
- Ensure patient safety and infection control
- Perform other assigned nursing duties.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
