About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Engineering Manager to lead the design and development of a scalable, secure, and high-performing EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of educational content to users globally.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, and reliable application architectures.
Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.
Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Build and optimize content delivery, streaming, and data-driven systems.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Content teams.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks.
Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in software development and engineering.
5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and System Design.
Strong experience with Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Expertise in Microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech, LMS, or Content Delivery Platforms.
Exposure to AI/ML-driven applications and analytics platforms.
Cloud certifications are a plus.
