Job Title: Front Office Manager

The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the school’s front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for parents, students, and visitors. This role involves administrative coordination, communication handling, and maintaining smooth day-to-day front office functions in a kindergarten setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents, visitors, and students in a warm and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain student records, admission forms, and documentation
- Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff for daily operations
- Handle admissions inquiries and guide parents through the enrollment process
- Maintain attendance records and visitor logs
- Manage front office supplies and inventory
- Ensure safety and security protocols at the reception area
- Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and parent interactions
- Handle basic billing, fee collection coordination, and receipts (if applicable)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in front office / receptionist / admin role (school experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with school management systems is a plus
