Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, coaching team members, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Set daily and monthly targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Track key sales metrics such as calls, leads, conversions, revenue, and productivity.
- Conduct daily team meetings and regular performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Assist team members in handling difficult customers and closing high-value deals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales; team-handling experience preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Candidates with a proven record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.
