Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Engineer Job Description
Join our team as an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of our wastewater treatment systems. As an ETP Engineer, you will oversee the day-to-day functioning of our Effluent Treatment Plant, implement Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) strategies, and lead initiatives for environmental sustainability. Your responsibilities will include managing regulatory compliance, maintaining water quality standards, and leading a skilled team of operators and technicians. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day ETP operations and maintenance.
- Implement Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) strategies.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain water quality standards through quality control measures.
- Lead and mentor a team of ETP operators and technicians.
- Identify and implement sustainability initiatives within the ETP.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in operating and managing ETP systems.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Commitment to environmental sustainability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
