Ashv Floral is a premium floral styling and event décor brand specializing in luxury weddings, social celebrations, floral subscriptions, bespoke bouquets, and curated floral experiences.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to help grow our floral décor and subscription business.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and high-value customers.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Client Acquisition
- Experience in luxury services, events, hospitality, weddings, décor, gifting, or lifestyle brands is preferred
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate new leads and business opportunities for Ashv Floral
- Reach out to corporate offices for floral subscription services
- Build relationships with event planners, wedding planners, banquet venues, hotels, clubs, and hospitality partners
- Identify potential clients for floral décor projects, weddings, social events, and corporate events
- Attend networking events and create strategic partnerships
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Pitch Ashv Floral's services to prospective clients
- Schedule and conduct client meetings
- Follow up with existing, old, and potential leads regularly
- Maintain and nurture relationships to generate repeat business
- Convert enquiries into confirmed projects and subscriptions
Marketing Support
- Suggest and execute offline marketing initiatives
- Identify new business channels and growth opportunities
- Represent the brand professionally in meetings and events
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis

- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Passion for luxury brands, events, décor, hospitality, or lifestyle businesses
- Existing industry connections will be an added advantage
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: To be discussed during the interview
