Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive to manage our end-to-end hiring cycle and support core HR operations. In this hybrid role, you will spend roughly 70% of your time driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent and 30% ensuring seamless HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (70%)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source active and passive candidates using job boards (e.g., LinkedIn or Naukri), professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Facilitate technical and cultural assessments and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, and Cost-per-Hire.
HR Operations (30%)
- Oversee the onboarding and orientation process, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture.
- Maintain accurate employee data and records.
- Assist with leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll inputs.
- Support the execution of the annual performance management cycle and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies and benefits.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of proven corporate experience in full-cycle recruitment and generalist HR duties.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with a high level of confidentiality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
