REGIONAL HEAD – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LEASING
Coldwell Banker – South India
As we continue expanding our Commercial Real Estate division, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Commercial Leasing business across South India.
This is a leadership role responsible for building a strong portfolio of leasing mandates, institutional landlord relationships, corporate occupier accounts and a high-performing leasing team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Build and grow the commercial leasing business across South India.
- Acquire exclusive leasing mandates for office spaces, retail, warehouses, industrial parks and mixed-use developments.
- Develop strong relationships with developers, landlords, REITs, asset managers and institutional property owners.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate occupiers, MNCs, GCCs, retail brands and expansion consultants.
Leasing & Transactions
- Lead end-to-end leasing transactions from enquiry to closure.
- Negotiate commercial lease terms on behalf of landlords and tenants.
- Prepare market reports, rental analysis and leasing strategies.
- Coordinate with legal, finance and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Regional Growth
- Recruit, mentor and manage a team of commercial leasing specialists.
- Build referral relationships with franchise offices and affiliate partners across the region.
- Establish Coldwell Banker as a preferred commercial leasing advisory brand.
- Develop strategic partnerships with IPCs, developers, property managers and corporate real estate teams.
Performance & Strategy
- Achieve regional leasing revenue and transaction targets.
- Track market trends, occupier demand and investment opportunities.
- Drive marketing initiatives to generate quality commercial leasing enquiries.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of mandates, occupier requirements and repeat business.
Who We're Looking For
A seasoned commercial real estate or a hospitality corporate sales professional with 3+ years of experience in office, retail, industrial or warehousing leasing. Existing relationships with developers, landlords, corporates and retail brands will be a significant advantage.
The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, business development capabilities and the ability to build and lead a regional commercial leasing vertical.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
