Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and dealership offerings.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Support the sales and service teams in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM/database.
- Conduct customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in customer engagement initiatives and retention programs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, telesales, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) and above.
- Strong communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
