We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officers (RMO) / Registrars to join our Critical Care team. This is an excellent opportunity for medical professionals who are passionate about ICU and emergency care and are eager to work in a technology-enabled, patient-centric healthcare environment.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality critical care while following evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive bedside care for ICU and High Dependency Unit (HDU) patients.
- Conduct patient admissions, daily clinical rounds, and emergency management.
- Perform critical care procedures such as:
- Intubation
- Central venous catheter insertion
- Arterial line placement
- Basic ventilator management
- Collaborate with senior intensivists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure timely clinical interventions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and communicate effectively with patients' families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, mortality & morbidity meetings, and continuous medical education programs.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree or FMGE-qualified candidate.
- Valid State Medical Council/National Medical Commission (NMC) Registration.
- 2–4 years of experience in ICU, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or High Dependency Units.
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
