Job Role
- Reply to Instagram & WhatsApp customer messages
- Handle online enquiries and orders
- Coordinate customer follow-ups
- Manage daily online process and support team operations
- Basic social media handling
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram & WhatsApp Business
- Malayalam & English typing skills preferred
- Smart, responsible and active personality
- Experience in online sales/customer handling is a plus
