Call Auditor / Quality Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Call Auditor to monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Listen to and audit recorded/live customer calls
Evaluate calls based on quality parameters and compliance standards
Provide feedback and coaching to agents
Prepare audit reports and quality scorecards
Identify trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
Ensure adherence to company policies and scripts
Coordinate with trainers and team leaders for performance improvement
Maintain audit documentation and MIS reports

Timing-9:30-6:30
Monday to Saturday
Training-5 to 7 days-unpaid
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
