- Role: IT Field Engineer
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Education: IT Diploma / Degree / Equivalent
- Core Hardware Duties: Desktop, laptop, and component troubleshooting (RAM, SSD, Motherboard, PSU, Thermal Paste).
- Software Duties: OS Installation (Windows/macOS), driver management, and user data migration.
- Network Infrastructure: LAN/WAN deployment, router/switch configuration, and Access Point setup.
- Server Infrastructure: Server rack & stack, UPS wiring, RAID management, Active Directory, and domain joining.
- Surveillance & Security: IP/Analog CCTV installation, NVR/DVR configuration, Biometrics setup, RFID, and EM Lock integration with time-attendance systems.
- Travel Requirement: Driving License +Two wheeler
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV Systems (IP & Analog Cameras, DVR/NVR).
- Knowledge of IP Addressing, Subnetting, DNS, DHCP, Router & Switch Configuration.
- Experience in LAN/WAN Network Troubleshooting and structured cabling.
- Strong knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, and Workstation Hardware Troubleshooting (L2 Level).
- Ability to diagnose and repair issues related to Motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, Display, and Peripherals.
- Hands-on experience in Windows 10/11 Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting.
- Installation and support of Operating Systems, Drivers, Antivirus, MS Office, and Other Business Applications.
- Knowledge of Remote Support Tools and end-user technical support.
- Understanding of Cloud-Based CCTV Monitoring and IP Cloud Services.
- Experience in Data Backup, Recovery, and System Maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot Internet Connectivity, Wi-Fi, and Network Security Issues.
- Familiarity with Attendance Systems, Access Control Systems, and Biometric Devices.
- Good documentation, reporting, and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite installation, maintenance, and support activities.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
