Job Summary
NSSPL is hiring a Production Engineer to lead fabrication and manufacturing activities for heavy machinery, food processing machinery, refrigeration systems, cold storage equipment, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production and fabrication activities.
- Manage manufacturing of heavy machinery, food processing equipment, refrigeration systems, and industrial equipment.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and production schedules.
- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, productivity, and material availability.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of production targets.
- Maintain production reports and implement process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in heavy fabrication, heavy machinery, food processing machinery, refrigeration, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, engineering drawings, BOMs, and production planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
