Commis III (Junior Bakery)
Role: Supports daily cookie, brownie, and dessert production.
Responsibilities
- Ingredient scaling and prep
- Dough portioning as per gram standards
- Tray setup and baking support
- Cooling, packing, and labeling
- Maintain hygiene and workstation cleanliness
- Follow FIFO and report low stock
- Support festive hamper packing
Commis II (Bakery Production)
Role: Handles production batches independently and supports team supervision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cookie and dessert batches as per SOP
- Ensure dough consistency and yield
- Handle baking and cooling standards
- Supervise Commis III staff
- Maintain production records
- Control wastage and breakage
- Support bulk gifting and peak delivery orders
