We’re Hiring – Lab QA Professional

Join our team as a Lab QA Professional and play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and quality of analytical results that drive product release.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of QC/Analytical Laboratory with cGMP & GLP guidelines
- Provide independent QA oversight for laboratory operations
- Review analytical documents (STS, STP, STM, SOPs, protocols, stability reports)
- Perform raw data review (chromatograms, spectra, dissolution data, etc.)
- Review analytical worksheets, microbiological records, and test results
- Monitor data integrity practices across laboratory systems
- Conduct audit trail reviews (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR systems)
- Verify user access controls, backups, deleted/aborted runs, and integration changes
- Review validation protocols, reports, and stability studies (trend analysis)
- Support QMS activities, investigations, and compliance checks
- Ensure proper training compliance and user authorization
Requirements
B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm
3–5 years of experience in Pharma Lab QA / QC
Hands-on exposure to HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR systems
Strong understanding of Data Integrity, cGMP, and GLP requirements
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and review skills
Freshers with strong academic background and keen interest in Quality Assurance are also welcome to apply.
