C9 Hospitality is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support the sales and finance teams at the C9 Event Center. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a knack for numbers, and a passion for hospitality. The Sales Accounts Assistant will play a key role in managing client accounts, tracking sales transactions, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, invoices, and client contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Track and report on sales performance, revenue, and client follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely billing and collections.
- Support the preparation of monthly sales and financial reports.
- Respond to client inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status.
- Help manage CRM and accounting software entries for sales transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and documentation standards.
- Provide administrative support for sales meetings and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, accounts, or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting/CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
