We're looking for a sharp, curious, self-driven person to join as our Junior Growth Marketing Specialist. You'll work directly with the CEO to build and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels — using AI tools as your superpower, not your crutch.
- Research marketing channels, find what works, and build repeatable playbooks
- Produce high-quality marketing content (blog articles, comparison pages, landing pages, email sequences)
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI tools daily — but with your own judgment on top
- Fact-check AI output, verify claims, and turn rough drafts into clear, production-ready English
- Work with data: track what's working, kill what isn't
- Manage your own time and priorities with high autonomy, high standards, and direct feedback from the CEO
- Raw intelligence — you learn fast and figure things out without being told how
- Judgment — you can tell when something is good vs. when it's AI-generated garbage
- Accuracy — you verify claims, catch weak reasoning, and don't let factual errors slip through
- Creativity — you don't just follow templates, you combine ideas in ways nobody taught you
- Self-reliance — when you're stuck, you search YouTube, read docs, ask Claude — you don't wait for instructions
- Nimbleness — you're comfortable with new tools, ambiguity, and changing priorities
- Strong written English — spoken English does not need to be perfect, but your writing must be clear and precise
- Marketing experience or a marketing degree
- A portfolio of past campaigns
- B2B SaaS knowledge (you'll learn)
- Perfect spoken English (written English matters more)
- Personal projects you built yourself
- Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub
- $800 – $1,200 USD/month (full-time)
