Position: Vending Refill Associate (VRA)

Job Summary
The Vending Refill Associate (VRA) is responsible for refilling and maintaining vending machines at assigned client locations. The role involves replenishing stock, maintaining machine hygiene, collecting cash (where applicable), and ensuring uninterrupted machine operations to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned customer locations as per the daily route plan.
- Refill snacks, beverages, and other consumables in vending machines.
- Ensure machines are adequately stocked to avoid stock-outs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of vending machines at all times.
- Check product expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed.
- Collect cash from machines (if applicable) and deposit it as per company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of stock refilling, sales, and cash collection.
- Identify and report machine breakdowns or technical issues to the service team.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and users at assigned locations.
- Adhere to company SOPs, operational guidelines, and safety standards.
- Submit daily reports, route updates, and stock reconciliation reports to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in field operations, delivery, retail, or vending operations will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones and mobile applications.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned routes.

Preferred Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
Salary: As per company standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable)
Working Days: 6 days a week

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
