About the Role:
Vimalam is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to manage relationships with our foreign clients and bring new international clients on board. This role combines client servicing, calling, and data mining into one position — you will be the key point of contact for our overseas clients while also building the pipeline that brings in new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with our existing foreign/international clients.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new international clients to grow the company's client base.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads to generate business opportunities.
- Carry out data mining to build and maintain a strong, accurate database of prospective clients.
- Maintain client records, call logs, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach, conversions, and client status.
Requirements
- Excellent command of International English — must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or telecalling.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data mining / lead generation.
- Working knowledge of CRM practices and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international/foreign clients over calls and email.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well organized.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
